1. Contributing in global security policy documentation, Security audits and audit deviation monitoring, Security incident management process design and management
2. Contributing in remote security monitoring duties during office hours, Security design support for factory and R&D teams
3. Maintenance of theft prevention/data leakage prevention risk maps and related mitigation action registers, Documenting security process requirements in to IT system requirements
4. Participating in security system deployment in testing and training stages, Security training material production and training delivery for managers and employees
5. To conduct regular security global theft prevention/data leakage prevention meetings
6. Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV), Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
7. Experience in working in international environment (Europe, Americas, Asia), Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
8. Solid understanding of IT systems related to user management and document management
9. Solid understanding of budgeting and statistical data analysis. Working knowledge of MS Office
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written and spoken Chinese and English)

要求：

1. Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security,
2. Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. Further education in security administration or similar field will be an asset.
3. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and/or Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certifications are a plus
4. Minimum of seven years of progressive experience working in the security area, such as a corporate security manager or law enforcement officer
5. Minimum of three years staff management, supervisor or team lead experience. Experience should include developing, monitoring and mentoring junior staff/security officers, and developing staff training programs
6. Willingness to travel to factory and R&D sites in Brazil, China, Finland, India and Taiwan
