Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead continuous quality improvement on process control, quality plan and coach quality engineers etc.

2. To lead and push cross-function team to improve process, quality control to meet customer's requirements on quality.

3. To organize regular quality review meeting on KPI to facilitate continuous quality improvement.

4. Leading or accompanying quality-related internal & external audit and verifying the effectiveness of CAR against those negative findings during the audit or survey.

5. To plan and organize training activities related to product quality and reliability.
